I love that I have deleted my Facebook. :-) I have gotten so much more done and I am able to study better. I should have done this a long time ago. I just hope that my friends don’t think I did it to run away from things.

So I forgot about this thing might as well give it a try again…
I started weight watchers yesterday and it seems to be going well even though I just started. I never realized how much I ate in one day and that I need to change everything. My overall goal is to get down to 145. I would love to be there again but as of right now I am 5’3” and 200lbs and not happy about it. Time for a life style change. =)
